If a product has been opened or used, return eligibility will be reviewed based on the product condition, usage, and reason for the request. Returned items should be kept as close to their original condition as possible and must be sent back according to the instructions provided by our customer care team.<\/span><\/p>

Orders in Taiwan are handled in accordance with Taiwan\u2019s Consumer Protection Act and related distance selling regulations.<\/span><\/p>

Consumers in Taiwan generally have a <\/span>7 day cooling-off period<\/b> from the day the product is received. You may contact us within this period at <\/span>cookiiwave@gmail.com<\/b> to request a return or contract cancellation.<\/span><\/p>

The 7 day cooling-off period is not a trial period. Product inspection should be limited to confirming the product content, appearance, and item accuracy.<\/span><\/p>

If the product has been clearly used, worn, damaged, missing original packaging, missing accessories, missing gifts, or inspected beyond what is reasonably necessary, return eligibility and refund amount will be reviewed based on the product condition and applicable regulations.<\/span><\/p>
