Where does COOKII ship?

COOKII currently ships to the United States, Canada, and Taiwan. Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, delivery address, and local shipping conditions.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order details, and available shipping options.

COOKII may occasionally offer free shipping or limited time shipping promotions. The final shipping fee will be shown at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After your order is confirmed, we usually process and ship orders within 2 to 5 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, holidays, and local delivery conditions.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you if available.

My package says delivered, but I have not received it. What should I do?

Sometimes a package may be marked as delivered before it is physically received.

Please first check your mailbox, front door, building reception, parcel locker, nearby delivery area, or with family members and neighbors.

If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and tracking information. We will help review the situation and assist with the next steps.

Does COOKII accept returns or exchanges?

We want every bottle of COOKII to feel like something you can trust in your dog’s daily routine. However, every dog’s skin condition, body response, and usage habits are different.

If you receive a product with a quality concern, an incorrect item, a damaged item, or if the product does not meet your expectations after use, please contact us according to the regional policy below.

U.S. and Canada Orders

For orders in the United States and Canada, you may contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email protected] to request a return, exchange, or refund review.

Please include the following information in your email:

Order number
Proof of purchase
Item or items you would like to return or exchange
Reason for the return or exchange
Photos of the product and package

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a quality issue, we will review the situation and may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund based on the actual circumstances.

If a product has been opened or used, return eligibility will be reviewed based on the product condition, usage, and reason for the request. Returned items should be kept as close to their original condition as possible and must be sent back according to the instructions provided by our customer care team.

Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment. Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If the return is not due to a product quality issue or shipping error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning your item, as this helps prevent lost returns or unconfirmed delivery status.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The actual posting time may vary depending on your payment provider, credit card company, or bank.

Refills, gifts, sample sets, and items clearly marked as final sale or non-refundable are not eligible for refunds. If refill products become available in the future, the return and refund policy for those items will be stated on the product page.

COOKII reserves the right to review all return, exchange, and refund requests. We may refuse a request if the returned product does not meet our return conditions, or if the request does not match the actual situation.

Taiwan Orders

Orders in Taiwan are handled in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act and related distance selling regulations.

Consumers in Taiwan generally have a 7 day cooling-off period from the day the product is received. You may contact us within this period at [email protected] to request a return or contract cancellation.

The 7 day cooling-off period is not a trial period. Product inspection should be limited to confirming the product content, appearance, and item accuracy.

If the product has been clearly used, worn, damaged, missing original packaging, missing accessories, missing gifts, or inspected beyond what is reasonably necessary, return eligibility and refund amount will be reviewed based on the product condition and applicable regulations.
