Orders in the United States and Canada are handled according to COOKII’s published Return and Refund Policy.
Orders in Taiwan are handled in accordance with Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act and related distance selling regulations. The 7 day cooling off period in Taiwan is not a trial period, and product inspection should be limited to what is reasonably necessary.
All return and exchange requests must first be submitted according to the Return and Refund Policy. Please contact customer care and receive confirmation before sending any product back. Items returned without prior confirmation may affect the return or refund process.
